“The work in this exhibit spans a series of projects over the past 10 years. Many are the result of creative collaborations with dancers and performers from CSU Fresno and the Noco Dance Troop. Others are from projects focused on art, culture, folklore, and fantasy.”

“My current work is mostly influenced by my personal experience, a heart-felt analysis of what matters to me. Some are visual haiku, poetic images that touch me on an emotional level. Others are celebrations of life experience, my perception of the world, and my interaction with others.”

“I have always been a narrative artist, focusing on images that tell a story or express a concept. Over the past several years I have been pushing steadily toward the abstract, exploring the fundamental elements that make an image work.”
